Pronostos (pronostos.com) is operated by Kolvon Growth Partners SL, Pasaje Frigiliana 6, 3I, 29004 Málaga, Spain (tax ID / NIF B27637479), acting as the data controller. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights over it. Questions: hello@pronostos.com.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, and anything you write to us via the contact form or email.
  • Information collected automatically: basic usage data and cookies (see our Cookies section).

How we use it

To send the newsletter you asked for, to answer your messages, to understand how the site is used, and to operate and improve Pronostos. We do not sell your personal data.

Newsletter

Our newsletter uses a double opt-in: you confirm your subscription by email before receiving anything, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Email delivery is handled by our email provider on our behalf.

Cookies, analytics & affiliate links

We use cookies for basic functionality and analytics, and you can manage non-essential cookies through the consent banner. Some outbound links to the services we recommend are affiliate links, which may set third-party cookies to attribute a referral. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We rely on your consent (for the newsletter and non-essential cookies) and on our legitimate interest (to run and secure the site and understand its use).

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, email hello@pronostos.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Retention

We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and contact messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

Travel section

If you give us your email. Some destination pages offer alerts about that city. If you use the form we store your email address, the city you were viewing, the language of the page, and the date and time you gave consent. Legal basis: your consent, given through a box that is not pre-ticked. We keep it until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the link in any email. Our emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France).

Usage statistics, with no way to identify you. We count how often each activity is clicked and how often each printed QR code is scanned. For each click we store only the date, which activity, which city, which language, and whether it came from a mobile or a desktop. We do not store your IP address, your browser, or any cookie for this. The figures are totalled per day rather than kept one row per visit, so no individual’s path can be reconstructed or linked to you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

When you click an activity. Links leave our domain and take you straight to the booking platform of the provider. From that moment you are on their site and their privacy policy applies, not ours; they may set their own cookies to attribute the booking. We never receive your personal booking details — only the commission statement.
